We believe design should scale based on your needs — and your space. That’s why our Initial Vision Session fees are based on floor area, with per sqm rates starting at ₱400/sqm.

After the initial session, you can choose to continue designing with us — only as needed. You’ll be billed by the hour, so you’re never locked into long-term contracts or bloated packages.
💰 Hourly Rates:

• 🏠 Complexity-based pricing (e.g. large houses, multi-storey units)
• ⚡ Second hour onward is billable
